The North Briarcliff Civic Association promotes the civic interests of residents of the area surrounding the Hawthorne Elementary School in DeKalb County, Georgia, USA. Serving 1400 houses/condos and 1700 apartments in the Hawthorne Elementary school district and adjacent streets.

The board meets on the second Wednesday of every month and is open to all members.
